When a business changes hands, it’s never just about numbers. I live in Croton-on-Hudson. I’m raising my family here. I understand how much local businesses mean to the people around them. That’s why I’m committed to carry businesses forward with care, not just contracts.

My career has been about solving hard problems with clarity and respect. Working with the MTA or United Airlines, for example, it meant working with thousands of union employees to reset guidelines and empower frontline workers. At Plume Health, it meant steering through political and regulatory chaos to keep people’s access to essential care safe and affordable. Today, it means leading growth at one of the fastest-growing mortgage companies in the U.S., where I apply strategic focus and analytical discipline to make the right bets on the future.

Unlike a private equity group or outside investor, I don’t have competing portfolios, aggressive timelines, or divided attention. My focus isn’t spread thin across a dozen companies. I’m not looking for a quick flip. Instead, I dedicate my time and energy to one business, one team, one community at a time. That independence—without outside conflicts of interest—is a strategic advantage. It means the decisions I make are guided only by what will help the business, its people, and its community succeed.
